Abstract：In the article,the author discusses the fundamental characteristics of urbanization in our country,and further points out that urbanization lagging industrialization,urbanization lagging non-agriculture,and extensive land use in urbanization are three problems nowadays. The author also deals with the relationship between urbanization and expanding inner-consumption. He concludes that transforming "leave the cultivated land,leave the village" into "leave the land,leave the village" is inevitable to urbanization now,and raising the standards of urbanization is an effective way,which will be good to the economy sustainable development.
